Fresca Cafe' and Gelato
Fresca Cafe' and Gelato is now open! Fresca Cafe' and Gelato offers Cary's best coffee and feature a fresh taste of Europe without the travel. Fresca Cafe' will take your tastebuds to to places like France where you can enjoy fresh pastries along with both sweet and savory crepes. Head to Italy and enjoy the richest and freshest gelatos and sorbets made fresh in our shop. In the evening, enjoy some of Europes finest imported meats, cheeses and tapas while relaxing with a glass of wine or cold imported beer. Fresca Cafe' will offer a family friendly, smoke-free environment. You can relax with a delicious coffee drink or tea while enjoying the Internet through our Wi-Fi.
If you don't want to carry around your laptop or tablet, No Problem! Fresca Cafe will offer "loaner" IPADs to our guests. We will clear all personally identifying information from the loaner computer prior to another customer using the IPAD.
Fresca Cafe' will make every effort to support our North Carolina growers by utilizing locally grown fruits and vegatables when possible.

We are really excited to get opened. New Waverly is starting to take shape and as the weather gets warmer there will be more events taking place. We will post our events schedule as soon as we get it.
